Tickets

• Purchase your tickets in advance to guarantee availability. Capacity limits may prevent walk-in ticket sales.

• Tickets are valid on the reserved date, from open to close.

• Tickets are required for participation in any ride/activity and for admittance to the Lazy River area. 

• Signed waivers are required for all ticket holders.

• Height restrictions and/or adult accompaniment may apply for certain rides/activities.

• Guests age 2 and under are free, but must have a ticket to participate.

• Tickets are non-refundable.

Waivers
Waivers can be completed either before or after checkout. To sign waivers after checkout, select the option to "sign later" during purchase. A link will be provided in your confirmation email. Be sure all ticket holders complete their waiver before arriving.

Non-Participants
Guests not participating in rides/activities are not required to purchase a ticket, however, they must remain in the grassy spectator areas, on the water slide observation deck, and on the bridge to Lazy River. Non-ticketed guests are not permitted inside the Lazy River area.

Tents
Online tent reservations must be completed no later than 11:59pm the night prior. Pre-rented tents will be marked with "Reserved" signage; please check in at the ticket counter. Tents marked "For Rent" may be available to rent upon arrival; please inquire at the ticket counter before placing any belongings at these tents. Tents available for general public use are marked with "Open to the Public" signage. 

Military Ticket Discount & Paper Coupons
Do you qualify for a military discount or have a paper coupon/certificate? We are happy to apply a refund upon arrival. Simply present your military ID or coupon/certificate upon check-in. Call ahead if you have questions.

Check-in
Upon arrival, please present your order confirmation barcode or photo ID at the ticket window. Due to cell coverage limitations, we recommend capturing a screenshot of your barcode before leaving home. Don't worry, should you misplace your confirmation email or lose cell service, our ticketing staff can help you retrieve your order number.

Change of plans?
With advanced notice, we are happy to reschedule all or part of your ticket and tent order to another date during the current season, as availability permits. Do not let your reservation expire: reschedules can only be accommodated if requested by 11am on your reservation date. Please call the office at 651-465-6365 with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.
